Refund policy

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds or Returns

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except as required by applicable law.

Damaged or Defective Items We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is materially defective or significantly not as described, you must notify us through our store within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We reserve the sole right to determine the appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.

Order Errors If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will correct verified order errors at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances: sale items, gift cards, and any items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase in violation of this policy may result in your account being permanently banned and the matter being referred for collections.

European Union – Statutory Rights If your order is shipped to the European Union, you retain the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, the item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
